This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out the conduct you must follow when using 内蒙古优讯通讯有限责任公司 (the "we", "us" or "our") uxtrade.net website, the "优讯通讯" WeChat Mini Program, online enquiries, online chat, online repair requests, quotation and contract sharing links, member accounts and the administration console, as well as the related interfaces. This Policy particularises and refines the "user conduct" section of the Terms of Service and applies to visitors, registered members, business customers, persons authorised to use console accounts, and any third party accessing our interfaces through any client or automated program.
1. Scope and how you accept this Policy
This Policy covers all of the following entry points and capabilities:
- Public pages and content: product library, solutions, project cases, articles and news, downloadable material, and the range declared as indexable through robots.txt and the sitemap;
- Public forms and submission endpoints: public enquiries via POST /api/quotations/inquiry (the in-site enquiry form, which contains hidden honeypot fields used solely to identify automated spam submissions), online repair requests via /api/public/repair/*, and online chat via /api/public/chat/*;
- Random-token links: quotation and contract sharing links at /q/<token> together with the data endpoint /api/public/quotations/<token>, repair request and status links at /repair/<token>, and WeChat binding links at /bind/*;
- Account systems: website member registration and login at /api/member/register and /api/member/login (passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes) and the member area at /account; Mini Program login and telephone number or avatar authorisation at /api/mp/login, /api/mp/phone and /api/mp/avatar;
- The administration console at /admin, protected by a server-side cookie gate in the middleware, with write operations additionally verifying Origin and Referer to reduce cross-site request forgery risk;
- Artificial intelligence features: text generation through the DeepSeek integration and image generation through Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen DashScope, together with the translation and content workflow tools in the console;
- Infrastructure and protections: interface rate limits, malicious IP blocking, static asset object storage (Qiniu Cloud) and geo-based locale routing.
By accessing this platform, submitting any form, registering or logging in, opening a sharing link or calling any interface, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Policy. If you do not accept it, please stop using the platform immediately. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation or another person, you must be duly authorised and you are responsible for that use.
2. General principles of use
- Lawfulness: your use must not breach the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or any mandatory rule of your own jurisdiction;
- Honesty and good faith: the contact details, organisation name, requirements, repair information and identity information you submit must be true, accurate and complete;
- Data minimisation: submit only what is necessary for the business you are requesting, and do not upload information about others that is unrelated to that business;
- Respect for the rights of others: do not infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, reputation, portrait rights or personal information rights;
- No interference: do not interfere with the normal operation of the platform or with other users' access in any way;
- Reasonable intensity: your request rate and concurrency must be proportionate to human browsing or to a normal business integration.
We apply rate limits to public interfaces (for example, at most 5 public enquiry or repair submissions per 10 minutes, and 40 to 60 repair lookups or quotation share views per minute) and block source IP addresses assessed as malicious. These measures are part of the platform, not obstacles to be circumvented.
3. Prohibited scraping and automated access
Without our prior written permission you must not:
- use crawlers, spiders, harvesters, bulk download tools, rendering clusters, headless browsers, emulator farms or proxy IP pools to scrape, mirror or republish our content at scale, including the product library, articles and news, project cases, image assets, specification data, quotation templates and legal texts;
- circumvent, disregard or misrepresent compliance with robots.txt, including by harvesting paths declared as disallowed (/admin/, /api/, /bind/, /q/, /repair/) or by switching to a different User-Agent after being refused;
- enumerate product, article, case or media identifiers at scale by constructing, incrementing or traversing parameters;
- enumerate, collide with or brute-force sharing and binding tokens (/q/<token>, /repair/<token>, /bind/*), or probe how such tokens are generated;
- use scraped or interface-retrieved content to build a mirror site, to republish it, to aggregate it, to resell it commercially, or to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine learning and artificial intelligence models;
- use our interfaces as a data source, back-end proxy or data relay for third-party systems;
- rotate requests across multiple IP addresses, accounts or clients for the purpose of evading rate limits.
Exceptions: search engine indexing carried out with our written permission, interfaces and data integrations that we provide for that purpose, and reasonable access by an individual for normal browsing, price comparison or downloading material are not restricted by items 1 and 5 of this section; search engines must nonetheless respect robots.txt and their own inclusion guidelines.
4. Prohibited interface and system abuse
You must not, in relation to this site, systems connected to it, its hosting environment or third-party dependencies:
- carry out unauthorised vulnerability scanning, port or service probing, directory brute-forcing, penetration testing, stress testing or red-team exercises (if you wish to test, obtain our written authorisation first and agree the scope and time window);
- gain unauthorised access, escalate privileges horizontally or vertically, or bypass authentication and session checks (including bypassing the console cookie gate or forging an administrator session);
- mount injection attacks (SQL injection, command injection, template injection, NoSQL injection), cross-site scripting, cross-site request forgery, request smuggling, deserialisation exploits or file upload attacks;
- mount denial-of-service or resource-exhaustion attacks, including high-frequency requests, slow connections, compression bombs, oversized form or file submissions, and anything that renders an interface, database, cache or storage unavailable;
- forge request headers such as IP, User-Agent, Referer, Origin, X-Forwarded-For or X-Real-IP in order to evade rate limits, IP blocking or origin checks;
- use automated scripts for bulk account registration, bulk login (credential stuffing or telephone number enumeration), bulk enquiry, repair or chat submissions, or to inflate article view counts, download counts or similar statistics;
- use technical means to bypass rate-limit notices, verification mechanisms, access controls or security response headers presented on the pages;
- attack, tamper with, pollute or abuse the static asset storage and upload channels (Qiniu Cloud object storage and the related upload tokens), including uploading files unrelated to our business, hotlinking, or using them as free image hosting or a file relay.
We reserve the right to take immediate technical measures against abnormal traffic, including rate limiting, challenge verification, temporary or permanent IP blocking, and refusing all requests from that source (a blocked IP receives an immediate 403 response at the middleware layer).
5. Content you must not upload or distribute
In the public enquiry form, repair descriptions, online chat conversations, uploaded images and files, account nicknames and avatars, and any other place where submissions are possible, you must not upload, publish, distribute or induce others to distribute:
- content that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or of your own jurisdiction, or that incites confrontation, separatism or the disruption of social stability;
- information on the trade, manufacture or acquisition of terrorism, extremism, violence, drugs, firearms and ammunition, explosives, controlled knives or other prohibited items;
- pornographic, obscene or vulgar content, and any inappropriate content involving minors;
- gambling, fraud, pyramid schemes, illegal fundraising, illegal lending, false investment or stock-tipping information;
- content infringing the intellectual property, trade secrets, reputation, honour, portrait rights, privacy or personal information rights of others;
- malicious software such as computer viruses, trojans, ransomware, backdoors and exploit code, phishing links, and spam or malicious promotion;
- forged or altered certificates, invoices, seals, contracts or authorisation documents, or material misusing the identity of another person or organisation;
- promotional, recruitment, group-invitation, order-faking or traffic-diversion information unrelated to our business.
Where we discover such content, or where a report verifies it, we may delete it, block it or disable the link immediately and without prior notice; in serious cases we will restrict functions, suspend the account and preserve the evidence.
6. Additional limits on the AI features
Text generation on this site is provided by a third-party large language model (DeepSeek) and image generation by Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen DashScope, and both are intended for business assistance such as product copy, translation and illustration.
- do not use these capabilities to generate content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, is falsely advertised, misleads consumers or is designed to evade content review;
- do not use them to produce material for fraud, identity forgery, forged documents, imitation of another person's works or plagiarism of protected works;
- do not use prompt injection, jailbreak instructions, role-play or similar techniques to induce a model to reveal system prompts, internal instructions, interface keys, configuration data or other users' non-public data;
- do not publish model output directly without the necessary human review and factual verification;
- do not make excessive automated calls to the model interfaces, or resell or repackage them as a generation service for others;
- do not upload sensitive personal information of others, trade secrets or unpublished third-party material as generation input.
7. Account and identity rules
- do not register accounts, submit requirements or communicate externally by misusing the name of another person or organisation or of us;
- do not transfer, lend, rent or share accounts, or in any way allow another person to use the platform as you;
- console accounts may be used only by authorised personnel within the scope of their duties; administrator credentials must not be shared, and console pages, screenshots or exported data must not be given to unrelated persons;
- use a sufficiently strong password and keep it secure; if an account or credential may have leaked or been used by someone else, change the password immediately and tell us;
- do not register accounts in bulk in order to evade rate limits or blocking or to carry out conduct prohibited by this Policy;
- the method and time limits for closing a member account are set out in the Privacy Policy; closing an account does not affect responsibility for conduct that occurred before closure.
8. Mini Program rules
- do not access Mini Program interfaces through unofficial clients, repackaged builds, plug-ins, extensions, emulator farms or automation frameworks;
- do not bypass the WeChat authorisation flow, or obtain another person's openid, telephone number, nickname or avatar by forging codes or sessions or by misusing credentials;
- do not use Mini Program interfaces for bulk registration, bulk binding, or bulk enquiry or repair submissions;
- do not reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Mini Program or website front-end code, or remove, obscure or forge rights notices and filing information;
- interactive content in the Mini Program, such as reviews, comments and chats, is likewise subject to the content limits in section 5 of this Policy.
9. Enforcement and legal responsibility
If you breach this Policy we may, depending on the seriousness of the breach, take one or more of the following measures:
- issue a warning or require rectification within a set period;
- delete, block or disable the link to the content concerned, or refuse to display it;
- restrict or disable certain functions (for example, disabling form submissions, uploads or comments);
- apply rate limiting to your requests or add verification challenges;
- block the IP address, suspend or terminate the account, and refuse further registrations or cooperation;
- suspend or terminate all or part of the services provided to you and decline to perform non-mandatory cooperation in progress.
For conduct suspected of being a criminal offence, we will preserve the necessary logs and evidence and report it to the competent authorities and cooperate with their investigation, including providing relevant records as required by law. Where your breach of this Policy causes loss to us or to a third party (including but not limited to bandwidth and storage costs, data remediation costs, third-party claims, and administrative or judicial penalties), we reserve the right to seek compensation in accordance with the law.
Our enforcement follows the principle of proportionality, taking into account the nature of the conduct, its reach, the degree of fault and any history. If you consider our action to be mistaken, you may appeal under section 10 and we will review and respond.
10. Reporting and appeals
- if you find that someone is engaging in conduct prohibited by this Policy (such as bulk scraping, spam submissions or uploading unlawful content), you may submit a report through the Report and Infringement Complaints page, and we will handle it within the acceptance and processing timelines stated on that page;
- reporting channels: report email sales@uxtrade.cn; report telephone 16604712005; legal and privacy email sales@uxtrade.cn;
- if you believe that action we took against your account, content or IP address was mistaken (including being wrongly classified as automated traffic), please appeal to sales@uxtrade.cn, stating the account or IP concerned, the time and your reasons, and we will review the matter;
- during an appeal, security-related temporary restrictions may remain in place until the review is complete;
- we do not promise to complete the handling of every report or appeal within a fixed number of hours; the applicable timelines are those stated on the Report and Infringement Complaints page, and in urgent cases involving personal safety, ongoing serious illegality or major harm to rights we will prioritise the matter through the urgent channel indicated there.
Reports, appeals and complaints must be based on facts and made in good faith; where a report is malicious, an appeal is false, or either is used to disrupt another person's normal use, we may decline to handle it and reserve the right to pursue responsibility.
11. Relationship with the Terms of Service, changes, and the appendix
This Policy refines the user conduct provisions of the Terms of Service. It does not reduce the obligations we bear under the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy or the Disclaimer, nor does it exclude any right the law gives you. Where this Policy and the corresponding provisions of the Terms of Service differ on matters of user conduct, this Policy prevails; the subject matter, price, delivery and breach terms of a specific transaction are governed by the quotation or contract signed by the parties.
We may update this Policy in response to business changes, the security landscape and legal requirements. When we do, we will publish the updated text on this page together with a new version number and effective date, and we will give notice of material changes by reasonable means such as a notice on the page. If you continue to use the platform after an update takes effect, you are taken to accept the updated content.
Terms and definitions not set out here have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. The text-editing function under "System - Agreements and Policies" in the console changes the displayed text only and does not reduce any responsibility we bear under the law.
Information about the controller, legal bases, third-party processors, cross-border transfers, retention periods, data subject rights, security measures, changes and entry into force, governing law and language versions is set out in the "Appendix: Unified Legal Provisions" at the end of this page. This page particularises the user conduct rules of the Terms of Service; where the two differ, this page prevails. Current version: 1.0; effective date: 2026-09-01. The Simplified Chinese version of this page prevails; other language versions are reference translations.
Appendix: Common Legal Terms (applying to all agreements and policies on this site)
This appendix contains the common terms of our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Service, Disclaimer, Acceptable Use Policy, Intellectual Property and Trademark Notice, Children's Privacy Notice, Data Subject Rights and Account Closure Notice, Report and Infringement Complaints page and Accessibility Statement. It is displayed together with each of those documents.

Our main establishment is in the territory of the People's Republic of China. If applicable foreign law requires us to appoint a local representative (for example under Article 27 GDPR) or a data protection officer, we will make that appointment in accordance with the law and publish it on this page. Until such an appointment is made, you may contact us directly at sales@uxtrade.cn and we will handle your request ourselves.
Appendix 2. Processing activities, categories of data and legal bases
The list below sets out the processing activities we actually carry out, the categories of data involved and the corresponding legal bases (Article 6(1) GDPR).
- Account registration and sign-in — Data: name, mobile number, email address, password hash, session identifier. Legal basis: necessary for the performance of the service contract you request (Article 6(1)(b)); protecting account and system security is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Quotation and contact forms — Data: name, telephone number, email address, company name, description of requirements. Legal basis: necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). The form also contains a hidden "honeypot" field that only detects automated spam submissions; genuine visitors never fill it in and it is not your personal data.
- Quotations, contracts and after-sales reconciliation — Data: customer name, contact telephone, email address, company name, project or requirement description, quotation line items and amounts, share token. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); after-sales and warranty traceability is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Online repair requests and online enquiries — Data: contact person, telephone number, equipment and fault description, enquiry nickname and message content. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
- WeChat Mini Program sign-in, nickname/avatar and mobile number authorisation — Data: sign-in code, openid, the nickname and avatar URL you confirm, mobile number. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.
- Sending quotations and contracts by email — Data: recipient email address, subject line, body and attachments. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Access logs and security protection — Data: IP address, request path and query parameters, request method, User-Agent, referrer, access time, and coarse IP-derived country, province/city and network operator. Legal basis: safeguarding service and network security and preventing attacks and abuse is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)); it also falls within the grounds permitted under Article 13 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, as further specified by Chinese law.
- Article popularity statistics (de-identified) — Data: a de-identified identifier consisting of the first 16 characters of a salted hash of the visitor's IP address. Legal basis: measuring content popularity is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). The identifier contains no plaintext IP address and is not linked to any account.
- Content and asset management — Data: articles, product information, cases and illustrations that we write, photograph, generate or use under licence (some illustrations are generated by AI from text prompts). Legal basis: performance of a contract and our freedom to conduct business (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Compliance with legal obligations — Data: the minimum scope required by the competent authorities (filing information, material lawfully requested). Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Handling reports and infringement complaints — Data: complainant identity and contact details, evidence of rights, URL of the content complained about. Legal basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(c) and (f)).
If we later introduce non-essential cookies or marketing communications, we will obtain your consent first and list them here. We do not subject you to automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you (for example automated price discrimination or automated refusal of service).
Appendix 3. Processors and third-party recipients
We engage the following third parties on a data-minimisation basis. They process data on our instructions and act as processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. Each "purpose" arises only when the relevant function is actually used; it does not occur on every visit.
- Qiniu Cloud (object storage and content delivery): processes images, audio/video and text asset files, including avatars and on-site fault photographs that you upload. Purpose: asset storage and accelerated delivery.
- DeepSeek (api.deepseek.com; text generation and translation): processes text we submit, which may include quotation copy, product information, article drafts and image prompts, together with the project and requirement descriptions, company names and product specifications contained in them. Purpose: text generation, material drafting and multilingual translation.
- Alibaba Cloud Tongyi Qianwen / DashScope (including Qwen-Image and Tongyi Wanxiang; image generation): processes the text prompts we submit. Purpose: generating illustrations for the website and articles. Prompts are normally produced by a text model from internal material and generally do not contain your contact details.
- Tencent WeChat (Mini Program sign-in, fast mobile number verification, JS-SDK sharing): processes the sign-in code, openid, the nickname and avatar you authorise, the result of fast mobile number verification and the current page URL required for JS-SDK signatures. Purpose: identity within the Mini Program and sharing capabilities inside WeChat.
- Tencent WeCom (internal customer-service alerts): processes an event notification when a new online enquiry arrives (it does not contain the full conversation). Purpose: enabling our staff to respond promptly.
- The SMTP email service provider we configure (email delivery): processes the recipient address, subject line, and the body and attachments of quotations or contracts. Purpose: sending you quotations, contracts and notices.
- IP geolocation services (ipapi.co, ip-api.com) and a local IP database (ip2region): process the visitor's IP address, or country and region information derived from it. Purpose: identifying the region of origin, selecting the site language and applying security policies.
- CDN / reverse proxy and server hosting services: host the website, database and backups and process access request logs. Purpose: providing network connectivity, availability and disaster recovery.
Apart from the processors listed above, situations where you have given consent, and situations required by laws or by a lawful request of a judicial or administrative authority, we do not provide your personal information to any third party. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes. We have not integrated any third-party advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking SDK.
Appendix 4. Cross-border transfers
- Your personal information is primarily stored and processed on servers located in the territory of the People's Republic of China; static assets are stored in a domestic object storage service (Qiniu Cloud).
- If you access or use our services from outside China, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in China. Such transfers are subject to Article 44 et seq. GDPR. We implement contractual and organisational safeguards for those transfers in accordance with applicable law and will put in place the required transfer mechanisms where the law so requires.
- Where we use service providers outside China to process text or prompts, the relevant text is transferred to those providers' systems. We submit only the text necessary for the processing purpose and seek to avoid submitting sensitive personal information unrelated to our business.
- Because using our services necessarily involves transferring data to China, please do not submit personal information if the law of your jurisdiction does not permit such a transfer. You may still browse the public content anonymously.
Appendix 5. Retention periods
- Account information (website membership and WeChat Mini Program): for as long as the account exists; deleted or anonymised after account closure.
- Enquiries, quotations, contracts and correspondence: for the duration of the service relationship and for 3 years afterwards (needed for after-sales support, warranty, reconciliation and limitation defences).
- Repair records: 1 year after the warranty period expires.
- Access logs (including IP address, User-Agent, request path and time): no longer than 6 months, after which they are deleted or aggregated into statistics that no longer contain IP addresses.
- De-identified identifiers used for article view counting: no longer than 12 months.
- Report and infringement complaint materials: 1 year after the matter is closed, for review and dispute handling.
- Records we must keep by law (for example concluded contracts, accounting vouchers, logs that authorities require us to retain): retained for the period prescribed by law, which may be longer than the periods above.
Once a retention period expires we delete or anonymise the data so that it can no longer be linked to you. These periods reflect our current system implementation and business needs and do not exhaust every situation required by law; where a longer retention period applies to a particular item of data, we will explain the specific basis.
Appendix 6. Your rights
To the extent provided by applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information. The methods of exercise, supporting documents and response times are set out in the Data Subject Rights and Account Closure Notice.
- Information and access: to learn whether we process your information and to obtain a copy.
- Rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected or completed.
- Erasure: to have your personal information deleted in the circumstances provided by law.
- Restriction of processing: in certain circumstances, to require us to store the data without processing it further.
- Objection: to object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests.
- Data portability: to receive the information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Not to be subject to solely automated decision-making.
- Complaint: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the personal data protection supervisory authority in your country or region (for example a national data protection authority in the EU/EEA, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the Cyberspace Administration of China and its local offices). If you contact us first at sales@uxtrade.cn, we will do our best to resolve the matter directly.
Exercising these rights will not lead us to refuse you service or treat you in a discriminatory way. To protect your information, we may verify your identity before acting on a request.
Appendix 7. Security measures
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. The measures listed below are all actually in place on this site; we do not list measures we have not implemented.
- Encryption in transit: the site is served over HTTPS and sends HSTS (Strict-Transport-Security) together with X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy and a report-only Content Security Policy (CSP Report-Only).
- Password protection: account passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes; we neither store nor can recover your plaintext password.
- Role separation: administrator and ordinary member roles are separated, and the admin interface and member interface authenticate independently. Administrative write operations validate the request origin (Origin/Referer) to reduce cross-site request forgery risk.
- Anti-abuse: sign-in, registration, enquiry and mobile number binding endpoints are rate limited; malicious IP addresses can be blocked.
- Access logging: IP address, User-Agent, request path and time are recorded for security auditing, troubleshooting and rate limiting.
- Least privilege: assets are stored in object storage with restricted access paths, and administrative accounts are limited to authorised personnel.
There is no zero-risk solution for transmission over the internet or for storage. We do not promise absolute security in all circumstances. If a personal data security incident occurs, we will take remedial measures promptly in accordance with the law and, where the law requires it, inform you by a notice on this site or through the contact details you provided, describing the nature of the incident, its possible impact, the measures taken and the steps you can take to protect yourself.
Appendix 8. Changes, effective date and version
- Current version: 1.0; effective date: 2026-09-01.
- How we notify changes: we update the version number and effective date on this page and publish them here. For material changes — such as an expansion of the scope of collection, a change in the recipients of personal information, a change in cross-border transfer arrangements, or a change in the way you can exercise your rights — we will give advance notice by a prominent notice on the site and, where necessary, ask for your consent again.
- Previous versions are available on request.
Appendix 9. Governing law and dispute resolution
- The formation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of the agreements and policies on this site are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
- Disputes arising out of these terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court at our domicile (Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region).
- Note for users outside China: the governing law and jurisdiction provisions above do not exclude rights that you enjoy under mandatory provisions of the law of your country or region and that cannot be excluded by agreement, including your rights as a data subject under the GDPR and your right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires local law to apply, that law applies to the extent it is mandatorily applicable.
Appendix 10. Language versions
Our agreements and policies are available in Simplified Chinese, English, Russian and Mongolian. The Simplified Chinese version prevails. The English, Russian and Mongolian versions are reference translations provided for convenience; in the event of ambiguity, omission or inconsistency between a translation and the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails.
The language-precedence clause is a choice of law matter and takes effect once confirmed by the company; if the company decides on a different arrangement, the wording published on this page as updated will apply.
Appendix 11. Relationship between the documents
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Service, Disclaimer, Acceptable Use Policy, Intellectual Property and Trademark Notice, Children's Privacy Notice, Data Subject Rights and Account Closure Notice, Report and Infringement Complaints page and Accessibility Statement together constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the platform. Each document applies to the specific matters it governs. If any document conflicts with this appendix on the identity of the controller, legal bases, processors and third-party disclosures, cross-border transfers, retention periods, data subject rights, security measures, changes and effective date, governing law or language precedence, this appendix prevails; on the specific matters governed by a particular document, that document prevails. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.
