If you believe content on the uxtrade.net website or the "优讯通讯" WeChat Mini Program infringes your lawful rights (intellectual property, reputation, portrait rights, trade secrets, etc.), or if you find unlawful or harmful information, please report or complain to us as described on this page. 内蒙古优讯通讯有限责任公司 will handle it promptly in accordance with the law.

1. What we handle

  • Intellectual property infringement: unauthorised use of your trademark, patent or copyrighted work (text, images, video, software), or confusing imitation.
  • Personality rights: insult, defamation, disclosure of private matters, or use of another person's portrait or name without consent.
  • False or unlawful information: false advertising, unlawful advertising, gambling or fraud content, pornography, violence or politically harmful material.
  • Commercial infringement: misappropriation of trade secrets, malicious comparative disparagement, or publishing information in our name or a third party's name.
  • Security and abuse: intrusion, scanning, bulk scraping or spam submissions targeting this site.

2. Complaint channels

  • Complaint and report email: sales@uxtrade.cn
  • Legal and privacy email: sales@uxtrade.cn
  • Complaint telephone: 16604712005
  • Postal address: Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China
  • Entity name: 内蒙古优讯通讯有限责任公司

Email is preferred because it keeps the material and evidence on record. We suggest a subject such as "Infringement complaint + page concerned", for example "Infringement complaint + product page xxx".

3. Information to provide

So that we can verify matters quickly, please include as much of the following as possible:

  • Complainant identity: name or organisation, valid contact details (telephone and email), and proof of identity such as an ID card or business licence; if an agent acts for you, please attach a power of attorney.
  • Proof of rights: trademark registration certificate, patent certificate, copyright registration or proof of originality, proof of first publication and similar ownership material.
  • Location of the alleged infringement: the exact URL (full link) of the content, a screenshot, and a specific explanation of why you consider it infringing.
  • Requested action: what you would like us to do (correct, attribute the source, disable the link, remove the content, etc.).
  • Statement of truthfulness: please declare that the material you provide is true and lawful and that you accept the corresponding legal responsibility for a false complaint.

4. Process and timelines

  • Acknowledgement: after receiving the material we normally confirm within 3 working days whether we will handle it and tell you the case handler's contact details; if the material is incomplete we will tell you in one message what is missing.
  • Preliminary verification: once accepted, we review the content complained of and, where necessary, ask the other party to explain. We normally give a preliminary conclusion within 15 working days; if the matter is complex and needs more time, we will tell you why and the expected timeframe.
  • Action: if infringement is established we may correct the content, add the source, remove it, disable the link or restrict functions as appropriate, and reply to the complainant with the outcome.
  • Objections: if the other party raises a valid objection with counter-evidence, we will verify again before deciding and inform both sides of the outcome.
  • Urgent cases: if personal safety, ongoing serious illegality or major harm to rights is involved, please mark the email "Urgent" in the subject and we will prioritise it.

5. Notes

  • We handle complaints under the statutory notice-and-action mechanism. Complainants are responsible for the truth of their complaint and bear the corresponding responsibility for losses caused to others by a false complaint.
  • We keep a complainant's identity and material confidential and use them only as necessary to handle the complaint, taking reasonable steps to protect your sensitive information when passing the matter to the other party (unless the law requires otherwise).
  • The channels on this page are for rights protection and reports of unlawful information, not for product enquiries, quotations or after-sales service. For those, please use the Contact page or call 16604712005.
  • For suspected crimes or ongoing unlawful acts, please also report to the public security authorities; for consumer rights disputes you may also contact the market supervision authorities or a consumers association.

6. Our commitment

We respect the intellectual property and lawful rights of others and do not facilitate infringement. Where infringement is established we act promptly and, depending on the circumstances, impose restrictions on sources of repeated infringement.
